Nicole Chen is a Singapore based beauty queen, model, DJ and recently appointed ambassador of Celebrity HTC Sensation Phone and Monster DJ.
Since starting out in 2010, Nicole has fast made her mark as Asia’s first female celebrity model DJ with her signature dirty dutch and commercial electro house sets, earning her a steady stream of followers across Asia. Her career as an international artistes has taken her to all of Asia, New York, Melbourne and Europe where she has played for festivals, exclusive events, launches and openings. Her portfolio also includes opening for big names like Steve Aoki, Benny Benassi, Felix the House Cats to name a few.
Nicole credits her talent and ear for music and the arts to her early start in acting classes and classical piano training. Having started modeling at the tender age of four where she appeared in commercials and advertisements for the likes of Milkmaid, Pizza Hut and SingTel—she is no stranger to the entertainment business. Since then, Nicole has appeared in various locally produced television reality shows and advertorials (modeling) and is most known for taking the crown in 2007 as Miss Earth Singapore, representing the country in the internationally acclaimed pageant.
Trained in Melbourne, the Singaporean Model DJ cultivated her passion and love for music and translated it to the decks where she is known for her energetic and electrifying up-tempo electro-house/dirty-dutch sets. What started out as a hobby and the occasional gig at exclusive VIP parties has since evolved into a promising career for Nicole.
Her good looks and outstanding talent and ear for music has earned Nicole over 80,000 fans on Facebook and over 1 million hits on her website www.nicolechen.net and other media as well as a growing international demand for her sets. With an already impressive and promising track record, Nicole hopes to attain even greater heights and reach her ultimate goal of producing her own music and cutting her own album.
